Technical Support Engineer - Seattle, WA

Full-Time | Remote | Date Posted: May 27th, 2026

Position Overview

We're looking for a Technical Support Engineer to serve as the primary point of contact between the company and its customers. In this role, you'll be the face of the organization, helping clients overcome obstacles and reach their business objectives. You'll develop deep expertise in Bitstry's products and services while working afternoons and evenings (2:00 PM–11:00 PM) Seattle time, with a 1-hour break included.

What You'll Do Daily
  • You'll balance independent work with team collaboration in a high-energy setting. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling customer inquiries through multiple channels (email, chat, and phone) while also making outbound calls when needed

  • Delivering clear, thoughtful support that doesn't just patch problems but addresses root causes to prevent recurrence

  • Identifying patterns in customer issues and sharing insights about best practices across the organization

  • Partnering with colleagues in other departments to solve complex challenges

  • Managing platforms like Outreach, Google Workspace, Zendesk, Slack, Salesforce, and Twilio as part of your daily workflow

What We're Looking For
  • Education & Experience: You hold a bachelor's degree or have 1–3+ years working in technical support, ideally at a SaaS company.

  • Exceptional communication (both written and verbal) that makes technical concepts clear to anyone

  • Proficiency with support tools such as Outreach, Gmail, Zendesk, Slack, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, Twilio, and similar platforms

  • Self-direction and sound judgment to prioritize work and make decisions without constant guidance in a busy environment

  • Genuine empathy for customers paired with a determination to solve problems completely, not just temporarily

  • Meticulous attention to detail and a drive to understand the bigger picture

  • Values Alignment: You embody the organization's principles: you're ambitious and skilled, resilient, honest, accountable, supportive of teammates, customer-focused, and committed to valuing diverse backgrounds and perspectives.

  • Availability: You're able and willing to commit to the afternoon/evening shift (2:00 PM–11:00 PM) Seattle time.

Why This Role Is Worth Your Time

Beyond the work itself, you'll enjoy substantial benefits and a genuine commitment to employee wellbeing:

  • Time off: 5 weeks of vacation annually plus 5 paid sick days

  • Financial security: 4% monthly pension contribution, life insurance at 2× your annual salary, and the chance to participate in company growth through equity grants

  • Family support: 16 weeks of paid maternity leave top-up or 8 fully paid weeks of paternity leave

  • Healthcare: Private medical coverage for you and your spouse

  • A modern office featuring amenities like a rooftop running track, plus regular team and company social events

  • Community: Active employee resource groups celebrating women, Latinx colleagues, Black employees, Asian American and Pacific Islander staff, LGBTQIA+ individuals, transgender and non-binary employees, people with disabilities, and military veterans

  • Growth opportunities: Employee referral bonuses and a workplace culture that truly celebrates diversity

A Final Word

We recognize that resumes don't tell the whole story. If you're drawn to this role but worry you don't check every box, apply anyway. The organization actively seeks candidates from underrepresented backgrounds and values the fresh perspectives that diverse teams bring. We're you as a complete person, not just credentials on a page.
