Staff Software Engineer, Intelligence Tooling and Enablement - Las Vegas, NV

Full-Time | Remote | Date Posted: May 12th, 2026

What You'll Do Daily

You'll shape the direction, strategy, and priorities of the Intelligent Tooling and Enablement Team by contributing ideas and vision. Your hands-on work will focus on delivering high-quality code with strong performance and maintainability, while also looking ahead to identify patterns in upcoming projects and build reusable frameworks that speed up development across teams. You'll partner with engineering groups to understand where tooling investments are needed most, review user feedback and bug reports to prioritize fixes, and create robust foundational libraries that let feature teams concentrate on business logic rather than infrastructure. You'll also stay connected with the open-source community and help drive improvements in how the company builds and ships software.

What We're Looking For
  • Technical background: You have hands-on experience maintaining shared libraries, including open-source projects, and you're skilled with containerized workflows and Kubernetes. You've built production monitoring systems that track service health and performance.

  • Programming languages: You're proficient in Golang (the primary language for this team) and familiar with Typescript, Python, and Ruby used elsewhere in the organization.

  • AI and modern development: You have practical experience with AI coding assistants, AI-powered testing tools, and automation frameworks, and you understand LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG systems, and model evaluation. You're comfortable using AI-assisted development tools and know how to integrate AI systems with enterprise data sources like documentation, code repositories, and ticketing systems.

  • Infrastructure and cloud: You're experienced with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and AI infrastructure. You understand modern development workflows across planning, coding, testing, CI/CD, and deployment.

Compensation and Benefits
  • Salary: $165,000–$220,000 per year

  • Time off and wellness: Flexible time off, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, and a parental leave program with options for paid night nursing support and gradual return-to-work flexibility. The company also offers infertility and assisted reproductive services benefits

  • Financial and community: 401(k) savings plans, employee referral bonuses, office snacks and celebrations, and active diversity and inclusion programs supporting women, Latinx employees, Black employees, AAPI communities, LGBTQIA+ staff, people with disabilities, and military veterans

  • Our commitment: We're an equal opportunity employer dedicated to building diverse teams with people from different backgrounds. We hire the whole person, not just credentials on paper and we encourage applications from people in historically underrepresented groups, even if you don't check every box
