Staff Software Engineer (Front-End) - Las Vegas, NV

Full-Time | Remote | Date Posted: May 12th, 2026

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

You'll be shaping the direction and priorities of our developer tooling platform while maintaining high standards for code quality and system performance. A big part of your work involves spotting patterns across upcoming initiatives and creating shared solutions that help other teams move faster. You'll partner with engineering groups to assess where we need better tooling support, handle user feedback and bug reports, and stay connected with the open-source community. You'll also build and maintain core libraries that let feature teams concentrate on their business logic rather than reinventing the wheel.

What We're Looking For

Technical skills: You should have hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and managing shared libraries (ideally open-source ones). Familiarity with container orchestration like Kubernetes and production monitoring systems is important. You're comfortable writing Go or willing to learn it quickly, and you're not afraid to dive into bash scripting. You've worked with at least some of TypeScript, Python, and Ruby. Beyond the technical side, you communicate clearly in English and embody our core values: being a trusted advisor, collaborating as one team, and taking real ownership of your work.

Why This Role Is Great for Your Career Development
  • Workspace and flexibility: Our office has a rooftop running track, and we offer flexible time off with 5 weeks of vacation and 5 annual sick days.

  • Financial and wellness benefits: We contribute 4% monthly to a supplemental pension, cover private medical care for you and your spouse, provide life insurance at 2x your annual salary, and give monthly for meal vouchers and personal expenses. We offer 16 weeks of top-up maternity leave or 8 weeks of fully paid paternity leave.

  • Growth and belonging: You can build wealth through our RSU program and connect with employee resource groups focused on underrepresented communities. We celebrate diversity through dedicated programs and organize team outings because we believe in working and playing together.

Our Commitment to Diversity

We genuinely want to hear from you even if you don't tick every box. We're an equal opportunity employer hiring without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, veteran status, or disability. Our success depends on bringing together people with different backgrounds who challenge assumptions and bring fresh thinking. If you're interested but worried you don't meet all the requirements, apply anyway. We're hiring the whole person, not just a resume.
