What You'll Do Every Day

You'll design and build machine learning systems from the ground up, taking projects through every phase, from initial research and prototyping, all the way to real-world production. You'll collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and customers to shape the vision and strategy for your work, ensuring that what you build actually solves problems people care about.

Who We're Looking For

You're a versatile engineer who can work effectively across the entire machine learning stack without needing constant guidance. You understand how ML products evolve from concept to launch and have shipped GenAI applications before. You're proficient in at least one object-oriented programming language like Python, Java, Golang, or C++, and you have solid experience building microservices (ideally with Golang).

On the infrastructure side, you know how to set up and manage systems for deploying and running ML models at scale. You've worked with distributed data processing tools like Spark and have hands-on experience with platforms such as AWS, Databricks, or MLFlow. Familiarity with LangChain or LangGraph is valuable. Beyond the technical skills, you have a foundation in statistics and machine learning theory and can apply it to solve real problems. You're the type who jumps in, learns new tools quickly, and loves experimenting and building things.

You hold a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field, with 7-10 years of professional experience (or equivalent). Most importantly, you're collaborative: you work well alongside experienced teammates and genuinely go out of your way to support your team's success.
