What You'll Do Day-to-Day
  • You'll serve as a trusted technical expert on the Outreach platform, guiding customers and internal teams through the sales journey.

  • You'll work alongside the Sales team to conduct thorough discovery conversations that uncover what customers want to achieve, the obstacles they face, potential risks, and how success looks for them.

  • Your product demonstrations will be compelling and results-focused, showing customers how Bitstry solves their specific challenges. You'll help qualify opportunities by diving into technical, procedural, and operational details that matter to buyers.

  • When presenting solutions, you'll frame customer workflows in business-impact language that connects to Bitstry's capabilities and AI features

  • You'll coordinate with Professional Services and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth transitions and that customer requirements are clearly documented

  • Throughout all this, you'll deepen your knowledge of sales processes, revenue operations, and AI-powered workflows

  • You'll also share insights and lessons learned with teammates to strengthen everyone's skills, and work across Product, Enablement, and Marketing teams to refine how we talk about our platform and demonstrate its value.

What We're Looking For
  • You bring 2-3 years of pre-sales, solutions consulting, or similar customer-facing work in SaaS environments

  • You're genuinely curious about how businesses operate and ask insightful questions to understand customer needs deeply

  • Rather than pushing features, you think in terms of outcomes and how to build scalable solutions that address real business goals

  • You're an effective communicator who can adjust your approach depending on whether you're talking to executives, technical teams, or operational staff.

  • You have hands-on experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce and a genuine interest in data, automation, and AI workflows

  • You collaborate well with Sales, Product, and Services teams and see success as something you achieve together

  • You're someone who actively seeks feedback, continuously improves your approach, and keeps up with sales trends and new technologies

  • Familiarity with value-selling frameworks, structured discovery methods, and demo techniques like Demo2Win or MEDDPICC is valuable, though not required.

How We'll Measure Your Success
  • You'll consistently help drive ARR growth in Mid-Market and Commercial segments

  • Your discovery conversations and product demos will move deals forward and increase win rates

  • You'll show greater independence as you progress through sales cycles, manage POVs, and design solutions

  • You'll hand off customers to Customer Success and Professional Services with clear documentation and context

  • Your Sales colleagues will see you as someone they can rely on to deliver real value

  • You'll actively participate in sharing knowledge with the team and pushing for continuous improvement across the group
